Review of "Texas Roadhouse"
As I walked into the Texas Roadhouse, I noticed a very welcoming nature from everyone. I believe there was even a select person just standing at the entrance, holding the door for people and welcoming everyone that came in. My family and I were seated in a quick manner and the waitress took our drink orders as soon as we sat down. I believe this should go without saying but the room had a very "Texas" feel to it. Country music was, of course, playing in the background. I didn't mind this at all because, first off, i really enjoy country music, and second off, it really went along with the feel of the room. Another thing that added to the feel of the room was a bunch of different sports team's flags up on the wall. This included some Texas teams, but also included some of the teams from the area, which appeals to the customer. I noticed many licensed plates up on the wall with different slogans and from different states and I found this very entertaining. We ordered our appetizers and they came out really fast. I expected them to take awhile because the place was decently busy. Nearly as soon as we were done with our appetizers, our food was on our table. The food was very good. No one at our table had any complaints whatsoever. About halfway through my meal, I was looking around the room and noticed two stuffed opossums holding beer bottles. I thought this was funny, and as weird as it was, it went right along with everything in the establishment. I had a very good experience at the Texas Roadhouse and cannot wait to go back to eat great food, listen to country music, and see some of the wacky back wood things there.
